Hi, I'm Peyton Manning. Yes, that's my real name. No, I can't throw a spiral like him. And yes, I married my high school sweetheart, Kylie, whose middle name is Payton. Some things are just meant to be.
I started Made by Manning to help small businesses with little or no online presence grow and get ahead of their competitors. Too many great local businesses are invisible online. They're missing customers who search on their phones, ask AI assistants for recommendations, or try to book a service at 9 pm. I help close that gap with a website and online presence that brings in customers, takes bookings directly, and keeps more of every sale in your pocket.
My background is in business development and real estate finance, where my job is looking at a business's numbers, spotting where money is being left on the table, and building a plan to capture it. I bring that same approach to every client: I don't just build you a nice-looking site, I build one that's designed to make you money.

Who owns the domain and website content?
You do. The domain is registered in your business's name.
How much does it cost?
Every business is different, so I start with a free consultation. Dream website, real-world price.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. Your website build is paid half upfront and half at launch. Monthly care is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. You should stay because it's working, not because you're locked in, and if it's not working, you shouldn't be stuck paying for it.
Can my website really replace DoorDash, Uber Eats, or booking apps?
Not entirely, and it doesn't have to. The apps are still useful for reaching new customers. The goal is to move your regulars and repeat customers to ordering or booking directly through your site, where you don't pay a commission.
Will you get me to #1 on Google or ChatGPT?
No one honest can promise that. I build the foundation that search engines and AI tools rely on, and I show you the results every month.
Should I run ads?
Not until the foundation is in place. Ads pointing to a weak site or no Google profile mostly waste money.
Can you help me get more Google reviews?
Yes. I set up an easy review link and QR code, show your best reviews on your site, and help you reply. I follow Google's rules, so no paying or discounting for reviews.
